Are you intrigued by breathwork and want to try a session or two for free?

As part of my six month training with one of the world's leading breathwork facilitators, I must undertake a number of case studies. I am training in conscious connected breathing, a self healing modality and in-direct somatic therapy - essentially a way of having a good clear out of your emotional baggage.
